Growing up, as you guys know, I was fat. And just like most other fat people all over the world, I faced body shaming. Fat shaming and body shaming are issues I've dealt with all my life. And fat shaming is something I've used to motivate myself in my fitness journey. Keep in mind, body shaming, be it fat shaming or thin shaming is one of the biggest issues out there. Unfortunately human beings just aren't that sensitive to people's feelings. Words, unfortunately, are JUST words for most people. And fat shaming (or thin shaming) is a result of this attitude.
